Aisa Kirabo Kacyira was a Rwandan politician and diplomat. She has served as a member of parliament, mayor of Kigali, governor of the Eastern Province and United Nations programs official, as well as Rwanda's high commissioner to Ghana and representative to Benin, Togo, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast and Liberia. She was a member of the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) party.
