Alexandre Bóveda Iglesias was a Spanish Galician nationalist politician murdered by insurrectionists at the beginning of the Spanish Civil War. He was one of the most relevant intellectuals of the time in Galicia, being the driving force of the Galeguista Party, according to Castelao's own words.
