Aytekin Kotil is a Turkish politician. He is the 23rd Mayor of Istanbul during the Republic period (1977-80). He served as the Istanbul Deputy of the Social Democratic Populist Party (SHP). He also served as Deputy Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly.
