Benjamin Franklin Tracy, born April 26, 1830 in Apalachin and died August 6, 1915 in Tioga County, is an American politician. A member of the Republican Party, he served as Secretary of the Navy between 1889 and 1893 in the administration of President Benjamin Harrison.
