Their story
Boris Yevdokimovich Shcherbina was a Soviet politician. Shcherbina was Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics from 1984 to 1989. During the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, he headed the relevant government commission.
