Their story

Buddy Emmons was an American guitarist. He started playing lap steel guitar at the age of eleven and later started playing with various local bands. He began performing with singer Little Jimmy Dickens in 1955, and in later years worked with many other musicians, including Ray Price, Willie Nelson, Roger Miller, Merle Haggard, and performed with the duo The Everly Brothers from 1991 to 2001. He also released several solo recordings during his career. He died in 2015 at the age of 78.
