Cayetano Utrera Ravassa was a Spanish politician, mayor of Malaga during the Franco dictatorship. Notary, property registrar and Senior Brother of the Mena Congregation, he was mayor of Malaga from 1970 to 1977, first for the National Movement and later with the Democratic Center Union (UCD) party.
