Jean-Jacques Dessalines Michel Cincinnatus Leconte known as Cincinnatus Leconte, born September 29, 1854 in Saint-Michel de l'Attalaye and died August 8, 1912 in Port-au-Prince, is a Haitian politician and soldier who was President of the Republic from August 14, 1911 until his death on August 8, 1912.
