Ciro Luis Urriola Garrés was a Panamanian politician and doctor, and eighth president of the Republic of Panama from June 3, 1918 to October 1, 1918. He was 55 years old when he became president. He died at the age of 59 in the Gorgas Hospital, in the Panama Canal Zone.
