Constantin Bonifatius Herman-Josef Antonius Maria Freiherr Heereman von Zuydtwyck was a German farmer and forester and politician (CDU). He was President of the German Farmers' Association (1969-1997), President of the German Hunting Protection Association (1995-2003) and a member of the German Bundestag (1983-1990).
