Their story
Diamanto Kumbaki, II. Partisan of the Greek Resistance who fought against the Axis Powers during World War II. A strong supporter of communism, Koubmbaki was arrested, tortured and executed by the Nazis in Nikaia, Attica, in 1944. After the war, he was honored and named after a square in Nikaia.
