Their story
Eduard Nikolayevich Uspenski is a Russian children's book author and screenwriter of approximately sixty cartoons, which became very popular in the Soviet Union. The most popular characters in his works are the serious but adventurous boy Uncle Fedor in the book Uncle Fedor's Cat and Dog, and the duo Krokodil Gena and Cheburashka (Чебурашка) in the children's novel about the adventures of two animal friends.
