蔡艾成（1982年5月13日—2022年8月17日），藝名艾成，馬來西亞華裔歌手、演員，出生於馬來西亞砂拉越古晉市，活躍於臺灣。艾成於2009年贏得《超級偶像》第二季總冠軍始獲知名度。2010年首度演出電視劇，在民視的《新兵日記》中飾演「蕭德基」一角深受好評。2022年8月17日因墜樓意外逝世，享年40歲。
