Arnošt Emanuel Count of Silva-Tarouca was an Austrian or Czech nobleman from the Silva-Tarouca family, lawyer, dendrologist and politician, knight of the Order of St. George. In 1917–1918, he was the last Minister of Agriculture of Pre-Lithuania.
