Their story

Ernst Friedrich Karl von Salomon was a German writer, screenwriter and right-wing terrorist. As a teenager in the early years of the Weimar Republic, he fought in various Freikorps, was a member of the right-wing terrorist organization Consul and had repeatedly taken part in political crimes, including in the preparation of the assassination attempt on Walther Rathenau. As an author, Armin Mohler attributed him to the Conservative Revolution. His best-known work is the report The Questionnaire from 1951, written in the form of an autobiography, in which he criticized the denazification policy in the American occupied zone after 1945.
