Their story
Francesco "Frank" Caprio was a chief municipal judge in Providence, Rhode Island and the former chairman of the Rhode Island Board of Governors. His judicial work was televised on the television program Caught in Providence. He also made appearances on the series Parking Wars dealing with various traffic violation cases in his courtroom.
