Fritze Carstensen, born Nathansen on July 18, 1925 in Aarhus, and died on August 5, 2005 in Lyngby-Taarbæk, is a Danish sports swimmer. She was a two-time European swimming champion and won a silver medal with the 4 × 100 meter freestyle relay at the 1948 Summer Olympics.
