Their story
Hans Nawiasky was an Austrian constitutional lawyer and university professor. He is considered one of the fathers of the Constitution of the Free State of Bavaria from 1946 and also of the Basic Law. The fundamental right to the inviolability of human dignity as a fundamental right goes back to his influence in the deliberations.
