Henry Gustavo Pease García-Yrigoyen was a Peruvian sociologist, journalist, professor and politician. He was a congressman of the republic for Lima for three consecutive periods, from 1995 to 2006, and president of the Congress of the Republic of Peru between 2003 and 2004. He was also a member of the Democratic Constituent Congress of 1992 and deputy mayor of Lima in the administration of Alfonso Barrantes.
