Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed, born December 14, 1974 – August 6, 2025, was a Ghanaian politician, member of the Eighth and Ninth Parliaments of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing Tamale Central and a member of the government as a Minister in the Ministry of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation until his death.
