Ivan Pavlovich Tovstukha is a Soviet statesman and party leader. Deputy Director - Head of the Archives of the Marx-Engels-Lenin Institute. Head of the Secret Department of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks and at the same time 1st Assistant General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Russian Communist Party of Bolsheviks. Deputy Director of the Lenin Institute (1930-1931). Candidate member of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. Member of the USSR Central Executive Committee.
