Jacob Harold Gallinger, born March 28, 1837 in Cornwall in Upper Canada, died August 17, 1918 in Franklin in New Hampshire, was a Canadian-American politician (Republican). He represented the state of New Hampshire in both houses of the United States Congress, first in the House of Representatives from 1885-1889 and then in the Senate from 1891 until his death.
