Jaswant Singh Khalra (1952–1995) was an Indian human rights activist. He was one of the most prominent human rights activists in Punjab. He gained international recognition after uncovering evidence of thousands of alleged extrajudicial killings, enforced disappearances and illegal cremations carried out by the Punjab Police during the insurgency in Punjab, India.
