Johaar Mosaval, born January 8, 1928 in Cape Town and died August 16, 2023 in the same city, is a South African ballet dancer, known for his role as principal dancer with the Royal Ballet of England. He was among the first “people of color” to play major roles with an internationally renowned ballet company in the 1960s.
