Their story
Julio Prieto Nespereira was a Spanish painter and printmaker. He won several national awards such as the National Medal of Fine Arts (1932), or the Duque de Alba award in the national competition organized by the Círculo de Bellas Artes of Madrid (1934). He is also a gold medal for Merit in Fine Arts (1974) and a gold medal from Galicia (1991). The Pontevedra Museum has his work.
