Kazimir Janovich Swiatek is the first Belarusian cardinal. Archbishop of Minsk-Mogilev from April 13, 1991 to June 14, 2006. Apostolic administrator of Pinsk from April 13, 1991 to June 30, 2011. Cardinal-priest with the title of the Church of San Gerardo Majella from November 26, 1994.
