Luis Tascón Gutiérrez was a Venezuelan politician and engineer who was a deputy in the National Assembly of Venezuela from 1999 until his death in 2010. He became known nationally thanks to the publication of a list of people who had signed the form to enable a recall referendum against President Hugo Chávez, being known as the "Tascón List".
