Their story
Maria Oksentiivna Prymachenko is a Ukrainian folk artist in the genre of "naive art"; laureate of the National Prize of Ukraine named after T. G. Shevchenko. Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (January 29, 1970), People's Artist of Ukraine. The author of more than 800 paintings, 650 of which are kept in the National Museum of Ukrainian Folk Decorative Art (Kyiv).
