Misael Eduardo Pastrana Borrero was a Colombian criminal lawyer, politician, diplomat, journalist, writer, international activist and environmentalist. He was president of Colombia between August 7, 1970 and August 7, 1974, and a member of the Colombian Conservative Party, of which he was one of its most prominent leaders.
