Óscar Omar Míguez Antón was a Uruguayan footballer, who played as a forward and was part of the notable Uruguayan National Team that won the 1950 Soccer World Cup and reached the semi-finals of the 1954 World Cup in Switzerland. He is Uruguay's top scorer in the history of the World Cup.
