Their story
Perrance Shiri was a Zimbabwean airman and government official who served as Minister of Lands, Agriculture and Rural Resettlement in the Zimbabwe Cabinet from 1 December 2017. until his death in 2020. He was Commander of the Zimbabwe Air Force and a member of the Joint Operations Command, which exercised day-to-day control over the Zimbabwean government.
