Pierre Schwed, born January 2, 1923 in Colmar and died August 10, 2006 in Marnes-la-Coquette, is a French resistance fighter, who subsequently became a recognized specialist in questions of strategy, defense and geostrategy, who campaigned for a quarter of a century for the construction of a European defense.
