Their story
Hermine, Princess Reuss' senior line, became the widowed Hermine von Schoenaich-Carolath, the second wife of the former German Emperor and Prussian King Wilhelm II in his Dutch exile. Among supporters of the Hohenzollern Monarchy she was called Empress Hermine.
