Their story
Rafael de Diego Larrañaga was a Spanish footballer who played as a forward. A chemist by profession, after hanging up his boots he had a chemical industries business and held the technical secretariat of Real Oviedo. He died due to an explosion that took place in a restaurant in the Asturian town of Luanco, in which his mother, his wife and two of his children also perished.
