Their story
Rudolf Barák was a Czech and Czechoslovak politician of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, a civil servant at all levels successively since 1945, a member of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic and the National Assembly of the Czechoslovakia since 1954, and a member of the government of Czechoslovakia since 1953. In the early sixties of the 20th century, he was removed from political positions and imprisoned as a result of a power struggle in the Communist Party.
