Tayseer Mahmoud Muhammad Al-Jaabari is a Palestinian military commander, known as the second military leader in the Al-Quds Brigades, as he assumed the position of commander of the Gaza region and the northern Gaza Strip in the Al-Quds Brigades from November 17, 2019 until his assassination, succeeding Bahaa Abu Al-Atta, who was assassinated by Israel on November 12, 2019.
