Thierry Jonquet is a French writer, born January 19, 1954 in the 14th arrondissement of Paris and died at the Salpêtrière hospital in Paris on August 9, 2009. Author linked to the literary genre of neo-polar, he wrote noir novels where news items and political and social satire are mixed. He also published under the pseudonyms Martin Eden and Ramón Mercader, and used the names Phil Arthur and Vince-C. Aymin-Pluzin during writing workshops.
