Tomás Morales Castellano was a Spanish poet, the greatest representative of island lyrical modernism and the initiator of modern Canarian poetry. He is considered one of the main poets of Spanish modernism or, more accurately, of postmodernism. Author of the book Las Rosas de Hércules, the Ode to the Atlantic stands out among his work of poems.
