Tuncay Akça is a Turkish cinema and TV series actor. When he was 12 years old, he played the laughing boy role in the movie Hababam Class and the question "Brother, why do you stand on one leg every morning?" He is remembered for his line. He played the leading role in the 1979 movie Bebek.
