William John St. Clair Anstruther-Gray, Baron Kilmany Bt PC DL MC was a British politician of the Conservative Party who was a member of the House of Commons and temporarily its deputy speaker for a total of 29 years, and became a member of the House of Lords in 1966 as a life peer due to the Life Peerages Act 1958.
